A classic Busto & Sun hat creation. Fedora silhouette, tear-drop crown, bandana, Busto shark-bite and lightning bolt. 

This hat is one of our most popular hat styles and can be customized in all colors and variations. Super versatile and fun matching any outfit.

The material used is a dress weight 100x quality fur felt which is both soft and sturdy.

Every hat is finished with a soft vegetal-tanned calf leather sweatband and a limited edition interior Busto silk liner, ensuring superior comfort.

Completely hand-crafted in our shop in Topanga Canyon blending Italian hat-making tradion with California design.

SHIPPING & RETURN

At Busto & Sun Custom Hats, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer free returns within 30 days of your purchase.

For all hat orders, we offer a flat rate of $45 for shipping. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase.

If you need to return or exchange your item, simply contact us at ciao@bustoandsun.com and we will assist you with the process.

Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

CARE GUIDE

If your hat does need more than a dusting though, begin the spot cleaning process by dabbing the dirty areas of the hat with a slightly damp washcloth of cool to room temperature water, and note that the cloth should be damp and not completely wet.

Use a soft bristled hat brush (available at Busto & Sun). Brush the hat counter-clockwise. Gently steaming & brushing your fur felt can help lift marks from the felt.
