Order Your Own Custom Hat

Add a touch of handmade stylish charm to your fashion wardrobe with a bespoke Italian hand-crafted hat that is personalize for you with love and care and authenticity. 

4 simple steps to create your custom hat:

1. After clicking Inquire button, go through a few preference selection in our brief questionnaire.

2. Book and schedule a personal consultation in store or virtually. 

3. Consultation x Measuring x Order

4. Fitting (lead time 10-14 business days)

The first fitting can be the last. Coming back to our shop, will give us the opportunity to make adjustments and corrections based on your feedback. In most cases, adjustments can be made on the spot to ensure a perfect feel and full satisfaction.

Each hat is made to order with high-quality materials and endless ways to customize. 

Final production can take between  2-4 weeks, 1 week for delivery and 1-2 weeks for international shipping.

 

SHIPPING & RETURN

At Busto & Sun Custom Hats, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

After final revision of your custom order, all sales are final. We offer a flat rate of $35 for shipping.

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of your payment.

Please note that all custom made items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

CARE GUIDE

If your hat does need more than a dusting though, begin the spot cleaning process by dabbing the dirty areas of the hat with a slightly damp washcloth of cool to room temperature water, and note that the cloth should be damp and not completely wet.

Use a soft bristled hat brush (available at Busto & Sun). Brush the hat counter-clockwise. Gently steaming & brushing your fur felt can help lift marks from the felt.
