For all soft hat orders, we offer a flat rate of $10 for shipping. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days of your purchase.

Cashmere is a fine and luxurious fiber. Follow these simple instructions to keep your cashmere in great condition: Wash by hand only, using lukewarm water.

Use a mild wool wash or shampoo, and let it soak for a few minutes before gently rubbing to loosen dirt and stains.

Rinse thoroughly with cold water, then roll into a towel to remove excess water before laying flat on a smooth surface to air dry in an open space away from direct sunlight. Do not wring or twist, lay flat to dry.
